UNICEF Child Friendly Cities and Communities Initiative: Toolkit for National Committees

This Toolkit contains tested step-by-step guidance, methodologies and tools on how to establish a CFCI in a manner that respects the rights and principles enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Based on good practices and lessons-learned from countries where UNICEF has National Committees, the guidance and methodology in the Toolkit is tailored to National Committee context, but can be applied by all municipalities that implement the CFCI.
